Every call we field is recorded to the web portal using our secure system and platform. We store all of these for up to one year. You can access the messages at your convenience any time, day or night, from your computer or mobile device. These logs can be used to get back to your renters, document call history, search for patterns, or just to make sure we’re doing our job right.
